    15. DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

    The duration of the storage of personal data is determined according to the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). After expiration of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment or initiation of a contract and/or there is no legitimate interest on our part in further storage.

    The Netherlands

    In the Netherlands, the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights has been implemented in the Civil Code, mainly in Book 6 and Book 7. This includes the information obligations of traders and the right of withdrawal for consumers. Traders must provide clear information about the identity, characteristics, price, delivery, and right of withdrawal of products or services in distance and off-premises contracts.

    Belgium

This code requires traders to provide consumers with extensive information about their identity, the characteristics, price, and delivery of products or services, and the right of withdrawal.
